Turtle Swamp

TOnce upon a time there was a turtle in this swamp.

A cowardly tortoise never left the swamp,
rarely even the head put out of the shell.

Since snakes were wrapped around the neck,
it has become impossible to stretch their neck.

As the turtle hardly moved, moss grew in its shell.

Mushrooms grew from there
and eventually grew to the grass.

It was covered in green,
the roots extended from the bottom of the shell,
and finally it came to float on the surface of the water.

And it was drifting in the wind as it was.

This is called “Turtle Swamp”,
that is why there is a floating island.
